Around the House
I often have trouble reconciling with the fact that we may have only one child, but I have to admit that home schooling one child is so satisfying, it just might make up for it. I get to watch Jude learn and grow every day. I get to choose what to teach him. I get to have more funny, memorable moments with him. I get to see things sink in. I get to know more of who he is as a distinct personality. To me, it is such a gift. I don't know if we could home school if we had more than one child. And I know I wouldn't get as much of Jude one-on-one. God blesses us in unexpected ways.
