Reading List

Our first official home school reading book! Jude and I are almost half-way through. I have no idea how much of the story is getting through to him, but he sits (relatively) quietly and listens. Occasionally he mentions swans, or nesting, or Canada, so I guess he sort of gets it. I love this time to just sit and read and cuddle together. I figure if he can just enjoy the experience, eventually, he'll catch on to the fact that there is actually a story to which he can enter in. This has been a great first book to begin with in this way. He doesn't seem to mind not having many pictures.
